2DS gets price cut in UK after less than 2 weeks on sale!

This is not about how the 2DS is selling badly - the holiday season is coming and retailers are already starting their deals and need the available shelf space + storage.

I admit I didn't realise it was normal DS games, I just saw the Posters in town saying "2DS and 2 free games NOW  ONLY £99.99!"

However, you don't do that 2 weeks after the launch of a system unless you're concerned about the rate it's currently selling it. Bundling excess DS stock makes sense, but cutting the price of it doesn't. If it was flying off shelves, they would see no need to discount on top of bundling some free software.

I guess Argos doing the Vita for £139.99 with Killzone, Virtua Tennis and 8gb Memory card was also an "early offer" even though it ended on Tuesday? :p
