Could ask you the same ^^^

But really stop trying to convince people.  Everybody has opinions.  I know why I like one and why i dont like the other and having 8 members is not one.  In fact having 8 members in chat is chaotic and something steam has been able to do for a long time "for free".

Microsoft confirms up to eight users can join a party chat on Xbox One, the same number as PlayStation 4.

Microsoft has confirmed that up to eight users can join an Xbox One party chat at once, the same figure as Sony disclosed earlier this week for the PlayStation 4.

"At launch, up to eight people will be able to join a Party Chat at a time on Xbox One," a Microsoft representative told Game Informer.

Xbox 360 party chat currently supports up to eight users at once.

Microsoft confirmed this summer that Xbox One users can have up to 1,000 friends, up from 100 on Xbox 360. Real names will not be supported on Xbox One at launch, though Microsoft may revisit this after launch.

The Xbox One launches in 13 territories across the world on November 22.
