I never played the GC version, so I plan on picking it up. I thought that was the whole idea here, RE4 never sold well on the GC, but with the Wii's success they decided to port the game over with new controls for a budget price. Still, I'm surprised about the whole side-by-side video thing, because people who had been following this did know there would be no graphical boost other then true 16:9 support....
