Take out all the cross-gen/multiplats and that's what you're left with. These aren't even in the same stratosphere as with a game like Super Mario 64.
PS4 and Xbox One launch games are not good. They are just alright. It's slightly better than PS3 and 360, which had a nearly broken game called Sonic the Hedgehog. This is what many of us should come to expect by now. Developers are obviously not ready. Launch games are almost never indicative of the final library of games.
