Best AI in any game you've played?

I don't know if it was the best, definitely one of the best, and definitely most believeable, mostly thanks to great voice acting, is the AI of The Last of Us. Although I won't lie, after watching "enter the apocalypse" gameplays I have anticipated more from it, it never reached the heights shown in those imo, it was still very good. Friendly AI was a turn off though.

And MEtal Gear Solid series AI, always very high quality no doubt.

Overall I hope AI will get a quantum leap this gen, especially in genres like RPG, when I usually feel, like talking to scripted dummies.
