Out of the ones I've played
OoT>MM>ALTTP>SS>>TP>>WW
Skyward sword would have been my 2nd favorite if the second half was better and you didn't return to skyward temple and all that jazz or atleast reorganized in a way that felt more fun than it did. I know zelda's have these sort of things a lot but I was more bothered in that game. I loved the first 20 hours though almost as much as OoT for completely different reasons.
