Have two Normal Gems and one Ghost gem. All of them found on Terminus Cave while Rock Smashing.

@_crazy_man_  - I'm having a lot of luck rock smashing my way through stuff. Already have 25 Heart Scales as well.

You are 100% sure you got the gems there?  Been smashing rocks for the last 30 mins with no luck.

I'm positive it was through Rock Smash on Terminus Caves. One normal gem was found through Dowsing and the others through that method.
