I bought Most Wanted on the Vita and was actually quite impressed. It was actually the full console version with just reduced number of cars in the racers, but I can understand with the PS4 and Xbox One versions they may not have wanted the extra resources
You also have to consider that this is a transition year to a new studio Ghost games and a transition for Criterion with many of them transferring to Ghost games UK (probably in the same location, but still)
Anyway, I think Rivals is looking quite good, even if it isn't too different from Most Wanted
