you can get 5/6 perfect IVs which is really all you need
heres some steps I found on Gamefaqs although its not fully detailed
Step 1- Catch the Pokemon you wish to breed.
Step 2- Breed it with a Ditto that has the nature you want. Give Ditto an Everstone.
Step 3- Hatch the egg, and it should be the Pokemon you want with the correct nature.
Step 4- Take Ditto and the original Pokemon out of the daycare. Give the new Pokemon the Everstone that Ditto had.
Step 5- Breed the new Everstone Pokemon with a compatible partner (preferably a new Ditto or the same species Pokemon) who has 31 IVs in one or more stats. To check IVs, fly to Kiloude City, go in the Pokemon Center, and talk to the guy standing to the left. He tells you your IVs. Give this high IV Pokemon a Power item (obtainable in Battle Maison for 16 bp each) to hold before putting it in the daycare with your Everstone Pokemon.
Step 6- You should hatch a Pokemon now that has the correct nature as well as one or more IVs of 31. Again you can check this with the IV guy in Kiloude City. Now you want to breed it again with another Pokemon who has 31 IVs in a stat that your Pokemon does not have 31 IVs in.
Step 7- Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until you have a 2 Pokemon with 2-3 IVs that are 31.
Step 8- Breed your two Pokemon who have 2+ IVs of 31 together, this time making sure one is holding an Everstone and the other is holding a Destiny Knot. Continue breeding them until you get a child who has 31s in all of the stats that the parents had them in. Destiny Knot has a limit of 5, so sadly you can't get 6 IVs of 31.

Or wait till december and transfer over your perfect ditto, to speed this process up.
Cause I've had of enough IV breeding back in Gen IV and V.
