Yup, it's cross-buy.  You get PS3 & Vita versions.  You can also sync your save up for both versions with the cloud (and I think you don't even need PS+ for it, though I'm not sure).

It's really fun.  Gory; colourful; fast paced with a fantastic soundtrack.  I'm really enjoying it.

Awesome, so I can play on the PS3 now, and replay on the Vita later, thank you! 

Now if only Limbo would be cross-buy, ugh....
