not if it was still overtracked in the US....

remove 500k (arbitrary number, but I don't think vgchartz would overtracked so much on our most accurate territory) in Na and add 2mill elsewhere and it's still more than shipped with nothing on shelves. at best I think it's undertrack by 300-400k

Xbox 360 IS overtracked 1.6m in the US, NPD has solid tracking that covers 95% of the market.
