MS NPD quote :)

They must be, perhaps Mexico and latin america. They sell it cheap there I believe.

I also remember hearing a while back 360 was the best selling console in Asia sans Japan (not sure if it meant for the week, month or year). I honestly didn't know what to make of that though since it seems so unfeasable.

I do know that the 360 is killing it in Mexico though(and probably Latin America too).

I don`t have a source, but I`m sure that Xbox 360 is the best selling console in Brazil.

Americanas top 15: Xbox 360 is number 2, 4 and 7, while the PS3 has one bundle only in 3th position (including game and acessories). http://www.americanas.com.br/loja/226762/games?abas.selected=3

Top 10 Magazine Luiza: Xbox 360 at number 6 (including game and acessories). No PS3 at top 10. http://www.magazineluiza.com.br/games/l/ga/

Casas Bahia: Xbox 360 at number 2, 6, 9, 12, 35, 37. PS3 at number 23, 34, 45. http://www.casasbahia.com.br/dep/Games?Filtro=C336

Xbox 360 is number 1 for a really big margin in Brazil according to this quick search.

That would make sense considering they are manufacturing it right in Brazil and being able to sell it for less. It does seem that the 360 is very popular in the entire Western Hemisphere (Canada, USA, Mexico, South America, and Latin America).

@Seece: Surely they'll be cutting the prices on the 360 this year right? The amount of time they've postponed actually giving the 360 a permanant price cut is just ridiculous. I just can't see them waiting until next year to cut the prices.
