I wouldn't call a million much larger. I also would consider the States, where the 360 has a comfy lead. 

But I wonder what the difference is in active consoles. The older the less active I would think, and in the last three years or so I think the margin between PS3 and X360 sales is much more than 1 million, and proportionally the difference is significant if you're assumin new console owners are more active than older.
