By "blow up" i'm guessing he means the competitive scene.

The problem with that is that... I think most of the competitive e sports fighting fans are on the Playstation due to the better D-pad. (Not all pro's tend to get official/prosticks.)

This might cause them to pick up an Xbox One if it ends up  being any good.

And the Dpad on Xbox One is now great. Yay. Dont you just love hands on impressions.

I didnt need hands on impressions to see that. I still prefer the Playstations because teh D-Pad cross is broken and has a slight concave slant in in the middle so it makes sliding your hand for commands in Street Fighter easier. The true fighting fans will barely be using that controller though.

I prefer Nintendos to Sony. So if Xbox One feels like that, BONUS for me.

OOps I made a mistake. I didnt mean I like Sonys controller better, I meant the Arcade stick will get more use by the experienced fighters and people who use other controllers other than the stick will be at a two button disadvantage. The PS controllers have always been better for sliding movies like forward, up *command* or others. Luckily they didnt change the D-Pad since its ace. Most wont buy the stick though because they might not be willing to drop $100 on the game. Which Nintendo controller because I used to get blisters on the SNES if thats the one you're referring to.
