NBA 2K Locked the sales up after the disaster called NBA Elite (NBA live 11) .. The series had the benefit of no competition out there for years cause EA couldn't get it together again with NBA live 12.. Its pointless for EA to spend a few millions on a PS3 and 360 version when the competition already owns that market.. With the new consoles NBA live gets a chance to build up a new audience cause the userbase is starting from scratch..
