Don't you realize that supporting Sony as they keep putting out terrible handhelds is detrimental to the company you (supposedly) prefer?

It's like giving heroin to an addict, they might love you for it but you are not doing them any favors.

Not sure if serious or a joke post.

And Pezus do you already have PS+ subscription ?

Absolutely serious

Sony followed up the PSP Go with the PS Vita, both have been soundly rejected by the market. Anyone who purchases a PS Vita will bring the sales total closer to the point where Sony says "If the Vita sold x units, we need to just double down on the design and make it MOAR POWERFUL!" and create another handheld that will again be shun by the general public.

No skin of my nose, I bought the PSP Go and will never buy another Sony handheld either way. Fool me once, etc. For people who have some sort of interest in Sony doing better though, buying a Vita is a terrible idea.

So...what?  Wait, really?

There's nothing wrong with the Vita.  The Vita itself is a great design at a good price.  The problem lies with developers who don't make 'must have' titles for it.  If the system was the goto place for shit like Final Fantasy, God of War, Uncharted, inFamous, Killzone, Metal Gear Solid, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, and Grand Theft Auto on the go, it'd be immensely popular.

Sadly, FF is not currently announced, there's no God of War yet, The Uncharted game was seen as a 'lesser' version of its console brother, Infamous is coming but not out yet, Killzone was good but got hated on for a short campaign, no metal gear, the Assassin's Creed is considered a lesser version of its console counterparts, the Call of Duty game sucked, and I doubt we'll get a GTA.
