Well the only other games from Ubisoft available at launch are Just Dance and Assassins Creed. I could see Assassins Creed alleviating the problem somewhat, but serious_frusting is right in that the people who pre-ordered should get a choice. I'm just not sure if logistically that's even possible.
I think for some people, they won't even care too much about the game, they just want the console on launch day. Cancelling the pre-orders isn't even an option.
