to paraphrase. they said they were "just ready for new hardware". they said they thought sony's (and xbone's) games look fine but none of the next gen games are even going to compete for goty. they said it doesn't really bother them because every early adopters buy on "promise" and sony has always delivered. they said sony has done a good job positioning itself "like apple" in that they all really want the device even if they can't explain why they want it.
