That part was just trolling and ignorant and I suspect it will be proved wrong.  The guy in the middle was a bit of a dick, he was pointless... literally.

My initial impression of Ryse was vastly superior to that of late. The concept is great, but the execution will determine its success. I have a feeling it will come up short of expectations and be a typical 7.5ish type game. 

Maybe, but we don't just discount games that are 7.5's or less?  do we?  I think it will rate higher than Knack, but he mentioned that.

it was a stupid thing for him to say and he lost any credibility he had at that point.

if you watch the previous BR on ps4 you will hear him rag on knack too.
