Not PS4... it have it own low-level API. But some sites like AnandTech and Eurogamer are saying MS will use Mantle on Xbone... for now that's not the case... maybe in the future because MS helped AMD with Mantle.

Yes, no mantle for consoles because they already have very good lowlevel apis - no need for mantle.
