you had to be one of the first 5000 people to use the beta key for the first round of beta testing in America.

Wtf! Why didn't they say that. I would have exited my game and downloaded that asap. 

The codes were used up like 1.5 hours after they went out so you'd probably have been late either way.

There is a second round (on the 27th) where more people will be able to participate though (and people who already got in are in the clear).

I wouldn't have missed it because i saw the psn message come in.
