Because every notable game in Japan is on the PS3.
Anything that will sell systems. Literally all they have is Killzone. Knack comes bundled, Drive Club is bundled, Shmups sell like shit... I dont see it man.
But eh who am I kidding you people come from a culture that upgrades their smart phones every year.
Which they're trying to get more people to do by making it affordable.
