I personally use it. But then again, I'm not one to enjoy grinding my arse off with all 6 champs just for the sake of grinding.
My first suggestion would be that you make sure to do the Super Training if you are having problems. Took me a couple hours to get all the way through with my starter pokemon, but it was well worth it.
Also, are you doing all the "side" stuff (Talking to all the people, going on all the side paths, etc?). With the times you guys are posting, you must be. I'm 7.5 hours in, just beat the 2nd boss, and already have my top 2 pokemon at level 29 and 30, with the rest of my team around 21-25. The only thing I'm not trying too hard to do is go back and use moves to break rocks and stuff like that (Which I will likely do at a later point).

Oh yeah im doing all the side stuff :) Im not really having that big of a problem lol I was just kind of surprised at how high the levels of my opponents were so i was thinking about turning exp share on instead of grinding for hours because i really dislike that.
As for the new EV training im debating on what I should lvl up on each pokemon. Any tips from some of the more competitive players in here? Should i train my strong stats to be stronger or my weak stats? With absol i was working on his speed but I was thinking also do his attack to make him an even better sweeper.
Which reminds me, does anybody know what stone Absol uses to mega? And where is it?

Well I've only done it with one of my pokemon, but I personally did a well balanced approach. I will probably be redoing it (apparently you can get redo bags), but likely not until level 100 as I did things that will lead to certain attributes not being totally maxed.
