will the PS4 and X1 suffer next year like the WiiU did this year? (sales wise)

the sales of the infamous games are not complete here. other than that infamous 2 was released digitally so we dont know how much it sold, we actually have no idea how much they did. Sony wouldnt be making a 3rd game if they werent succesful. 

InFamous is one of the most heavely bundled games this generation(not that it is a bad thing or anything).  It really doesnt push much more than 1m by it's self so he is right when he says it isn't a system seller.  Most likely it will sell more than previous installments primarily because of a high attach ratio like the original infamous.  After that though the franchise will likely return to its original numbers unless they do a phenomenal job.
