Not at all. A recall is more secure as far as his rights are concerned... and will cost Rockstar an assload of money.
It is the correct call... and he did it specifically because of the immense cost.
Which will require Rockstar to pay him quite a bit of money to avoid this.
The fact that this is the fastest selling game of the year is all the more reason he should of did it. You don't let the powerful get away with shit because their powerful. To be quite honest, he's being magnamous by giving them 14 days.
He could walk into a court right now and get a cease and desist eaisly. He clearly expects them to cave to his demands pretty quickly...
and he's probably right.
