I have a pro Controller and to be honest I haven't tried it for Wind Waker HD but really why would you want to play with the Pro controller over the Gamepad, having the map and inventory control on the Gamepad add to the experience. I would even claim that Wind Waker HD as the best used of the Gamepad of all WiiU games currently available.
