Lets put it into perspective.

When the comedian who Microsoft contracted for their event supposably went on his thing he was tied to Microsoft even though he has worked with many companies before and really wasn't working for Microsoft. Because Microsoft just happened to use him for their event it is a Microsoft thing.

Sony is being singled out because their products are the ones being produced atm.

No different when Apple was singled out when the Iphones were being made.
