Why would Nintendo bashing stop? Everyone with any sense knows pokemon will do good, it doing good will do nothing really except establish pokemon as the handheld game king...which really doesn't need to be established.
2ds, I don't think it was a bad idea, but I don't think it will do that good.
Most Nintendo bashing is against the WiiU, and until the WiiU starts doing good...Nintendo bashing will grow. There is no paradigm shift if everything goes well on October 12th
