This game should already be out on PC. Other devs also manage to release all versions at least close to each other.

 

Also: From what I've heard so far GTA:Online really sucks, so there's that.

They released the game on the systems that they wanted to.  If people want it they have to buy it on a console. They have to deal with it.

Also: There were logging in issues, but it has been all patched up and it is awesome.
