Yeah, I don't see Smogonites allowing such OPness to stay on OU. This virtually means you can switch on Choice or Scarfed Fighting user as Mega Gengar (if it's confirmed that your poke stays Mega during the fight) and lock it without the ability to do jack shit. Free invulnerability .
