A 3 stage boost for SpA, SpD and Speed in exchange for a turn? That's a bit of a cannon fodder move. Unless used properly (as in when you've predicted a switch), it'll leave your poke wide open. Kinda like a beam attack, without the actual damage. You can get hit with two high priority moves in the time it takes this to set up.

it's a two stage boost and i don't think it's like solarbeam. it's probably like wish: you use one turn and make sure to survive the next (normally with protect) and the effect occurs at the end of the turn. basically, it doesn't lock the pokemon the turn after use.

If it doesn't lock the user, then that move is seriously OP. And that'll make Substitute + Baton Passers much more annoying/broken in the meta.
