Hmm, could do, but how many people have been contacted by big companies based on LBP2 Projects, some were amazing. But it's the ideas that matter. No matter how good of a game it is on Project Spark, it's still tied to Project Spark, no realy programming as been done. Hit detection for example, it's just a few clicks away, while in reality, some developer spent hours perfecting it.
Of course I'm more thinking of a concept piece 'This is how I expect it to play, here is the story.' etc. That is entirely within your creative ability.

They are MS books, they probably don't have to worry. No, having to worry about making profits. Kinda like Home, did Home make Sony money? But for the Devs who made it, it's a job in the industry and good experience.
