Quite. They shot themselves in the foot over the Wii U version initially due to the lack of promotion and the lack of DLC support. Now they blame us for that by not bringing over a subsequent version.

They're just hurting themselves, back then and now today. This is why third parties are never to be trusted. Buy their games and enjoy the good ones, but never for a moment believe that doing so has given them any ounce of integrity.

Seems to me like a very similar situation to NFS: MW on Vita.  No DLC despite other versions getting it; no promotion along with the other versions of the game.

But I never really see Vita fans flinging turds at EA when Need for Speed: Rivals doesn't get announced for the console.  And this was a game that sold as much in 3 weeks as Injustice sold in 6 months.

Sounds to me, in this situation, that there's just no point releasing a GOTY edition because there isn't enough DLC added to it to be charging people again, for a game that they were barely buying in the first place.  Or maybe this is indeed a moneygrab at exclusivity by Sony, since there's no Xbox1 version either.

And heck, at least your 2 pieces of DLC are better than the 0 we got for NFS.  But I never expected any, because it was obvious the game wasn't selling as much as the other versions which were taking priority.

The point I was making though, on the whole, was that attacking WB for not supporting Wii-U is basically burning the final bridge.  Of all third parties - even moreso than someone like Ubisoft - I think they've supported the console well.  Plenty of multi-plats making it across like Batman; LEGO & Injustice.  Console exclusives like Scribblenauts.  And that's pretty much the sum of their output save for some PC-only titles.

If they're going to be another one added to the blacklist because they've clearly got an anti-Nintendo agenda then I don't really know what to say =/

I'm not suggesting that we categorically refuse to support publishers based on what they do or do not do. If EA ever made a game that i wanted to buy (and put it on a platform i owned), i would buy it, despite being EA.

The point i'm trying to make (now with less vitriol as i've calmed down a touch) is that you can never trust these guys. Be grateful for what's there, buy it if you like it, but know that even the "good" ones (like Warner Bros, Capcom, Sega, and Ubisoft) are going to screw the Nintendo base at times and for unfathomable reasons. Fairness simply doesn't exist for us (Ports to handhelds, in your example, are another matter entirely. Handheld owners should simply expect screw-age from Western third parties in general)
