PR in convention sucks a lot. When I told the Nintendo guy that he had 30 seconds to convince me into buying a wii U, he couldn't find its words and all he told me was that I could watch TV while playing.

True but I think MS employees would act a bit more courteous to disabled people. This kind of thing can create a PR disaster. 

Maybe they didn't know Sony was able to cater to them. A lot of companies change their policies only when they see a competitor doing something they aren't. Before that they just tell you that they're doing every according to the ''norm''
