Yeah Dragalge seems awesome. At the moment it seems that it needs to have Camouflage to be able to evolve, but that's not completely true yet.

Dragalge is not only awesome for it's typing, it also effectively becomes a Toxic Spikes sponge and Toxic counter for all dragon teams, something that was sorely lacking. 

Yeah, Camouflage and Level 37 are the requisites to make it evolve.

Yeah, Dragalge in Y is also very good as it'swhat I pre-ordered earlier. I still wonder how evolves Eevee into Sylveon though.

That's still very up in the air. Not even the leakers at GAF and 4chan have been able to get one. It'll probably have something to do with Pokemon Amie, and since most leakers are just trying to rush through the game, that's why we haven't seen it yet.
