No, there is a lot more to a system then 1 part, the wii-u has several issues. The cpu is slow as well. A system is only as fast as it's slowest part. The low memory as well as not being as easy to develop for.

 

Put a monster Video card in a system was an older, slower CPU and see how much slower the benchmarks are......................


I didn't see this until jonathan responded to you... but you clearly don't really know how these things work if you think that a system is only as fast as its slowest part.  Makes little sense, actually, as each part serves a different purpose (with some overlapping functions) but that certainly doesn't make all the other parts obsolete like you're very clearly saying it does.

Also, "slower CPU"... yeah, the CPU in the XB One and PS4 are "slower" than the ones in the PS3 and 360.  Go figure, right?  I guess next gen confirmed slower than current gen.
