It isn't broken for me on the PS3, it's just not that fun
I have generally stayed away from other players, cause they might just kill me, but the actual game modes aren't that fun. Some of the countryside races with only a few players have been good, but I think the problem is that you need to level up to unlock some of the more interesting game modes (like jets vs bikes and cool things like that)
I think the balancing needs changing, give you more money cause its mostly just repeating the same thing for the first few hours. I can see how some things would be great if you could get a good group of friends together, especially when the heists are added, but people just behave like idiots most of the time
