No, not PC all the way, it totally depends, there are many amazing games you won't even get to play on PC.

every title except, 1st party software, will be on pc this gen because 4bone uses pc architecture.  porting will be a snap!

I hope you are joking...................No first party sony titles will be on PC, and not all x1 ones will be either.
