I learned a lot from this article about Japan:
1. That xbox gaming is considered underground and products are relegated to the back of stores.
2. That indie devs had a hard time due to MS Japan not being able to answer questions directly and having to relegate to MS America.
3. That the marketting for xbox in japan is nearly non-existent.
4. That the japanese don't see consoles as devices for multi-media and see the xbox one and PS4 as not really fun. ("There is lots of flashy talk, but they don’t look much fun.")
