OMG, we need another Paper Mario like the first one, gameplay-wise, in a much larger scale of course. Star Fox is needed too, he was absent on Wii, and would look great in HD. 

What I would kill for, is a large opened world-type Mario game, a game where you would travel the entire Mushroom Kingdom like some open-world RPG games. They haven't done something like that quite yet, and that would definitely raise some eyebrows. A new art-style could arise from something like that.
