PC-Version (Windows/Mac/Linux) is already funded per Kickstarter, the first $1000 of the new funding go to "Wii U and PSN Support - Bring Harvest to the television screen or to your Wii U gamepad or PS Vita"
It ain't spelled out, but "PSN support" and "to the television screen or ... PS Vita" could be even crossbuy/crossplay.
