Very Interesting, I won't try to change your opinion there as that would be almost pointless I'll just say I disagree and it sounds like someone saying 'I don't recognize that fact as a fact'.

Depends on the case. You can pretty much name a simple thing that's easy to label as wrong or right, but just as easily I can describe a situation where it's not at all clear whether the thing you just labeled as right of wrong is right or wrong. Well, technically I suppose such cases have to be such where you have to decide between two wrongs, but it won't be at all clear nonetheless.
