Thing is, looking at a lot of the support, it's nothing out of the ordinary.
Take this week for example. The two Vita games are from Nihon Falcom & Tecmo Koei. NF have been supporting Sony hardware for a long time; basically since their shift away from PC-focused development.
Tecmo-Koei debatably haven't (having a stint of Xbox exclusivity for a while); but certainly for Musou titles the focus has always been PlayStation hardware.
So maybe the argument is that these developers haven't shifted away from Vita when it's selling poorly, but them showing up in the first place is pretty expected. Maybe they just have a good working relationship with SCEJ; or maybe their demographic is better suited to Sony hardware. Something like that.
