Make it not suck.
Even with Solar Power (+50% SpA at the cost of Health in the Sun) they introduced in Gen V, it still was destroyed by Stealth Rocks (Which made it NU/RU tier)
Now it has Drought on Y (immediate OU status), and a new typing in X
Need to take off those rose nostalgia tinted glasses!
