Yeah nice work... "thanks for your help developing the PS3 - but now that its out, you are no longer needed".
Not a good sign for the future, considering that Nintendo & MS are both hiring like crazy (from what I hear). At least most of these employees shouldn't have an issue getting a job somewhere else.
