Nah they should keep the controller, maybe bundle an addition Motion Plus with it. But it should have a decent boost this holiday, they seem to be aiming towards families pretty hard which is a good idea. Next year should be strong with a huge game each quarter. Q1-Donkey Kong, Q2-Mario Kart, Q3-Smash Bros, Q4-Zelda. If they have a lineup like that and games like Yoshi, Bayonetta, X, SMTxFE, 3rd Sonic exclusive and Wii Sports Club retail version mixed in between then Wii U has potential to sell over 10m in 2014. Price cut to $199 in 2015 and release games like Paper Mario, Kirby, Metroid, Animal Crossing, Mario Party, Star Fox, F-Zero, Pokemon, sequels of 2012-2014 games can provide sustained sales thru 2016. |
@Bold Hahahaha. More like their aiming for hardcore nintendo fans LOL.
I agree that next year will have a stronger lineup but at the same time will people care at that point ? And don't they have face other consoles too ?
