but thats GTA,  everyone of them has had cops almost completly non-existent until you get a star, then they come out of no where..  But they do need to fix how close the can spawn to you and when.  I had a helicopter spawn over top of me while i wasnt in anyones view lol

Yeah, but it kind of feels over the top on some of the back roads. I escaped the 5* wanted level at the end of the game by driving off the motorway onto a dirt road and expecting there to be no cops, but when I saw them coming towards me (like 4 from literally nowhere) I just went and hid on the top of hill and they couldn't work out how to leave the road...
