Neptune anime was a joke. But I may be biased by a slice of life overdose.

It did have up and downs, but some episodes were really great imo.

Possible, first episode didn't hooked me the slightest so I stopped watching and was really disappointed by the whole anime season (was it spring ? I don't remember, both spring and summer were disappointing IMO)
