But yes, Sega owning Atlus now finally gives Atlus an established European branch. That should be good, but on the other hand you have Sega developed games like Valkyria Chronicles 3 and Yakuza 5 that don't leave Japan, hence why I don't see any guarantee that Atlus games are now a lock for Europe. Thus a scenario where Sega doesn't bring Millenium Girl to Europe and at the same time denies NISA (took over the duties for Etrian Odyssey IV) to publish the game is a possibility.

The intial post was sarcastic. I'm down on Sega at the moment, especially since it doesn't seem interested in localizing many titles (or developing very many, for that matter), but I'm unsure how it does business in Europe. It seems like Atlus was just beginning to get a good grip on American publishing, and was making inroads in Europe via partnerships. I worry that Sega will negate much of that.
