he's got it backwards. Can vita do everything psv tv does? No. It is its own thing, and it sell because of it, despite it playing vita games. Is PSV TV portable? Then how is it the same since vita is a handheld? it has the same name, if it were called ps tv, nobody would of said it should have the sales added together!
